The surgery will book mother and baby in for an 8 week post-natal check up with the GP and health visitor and also offer the opportunity for the baby to have their first immunisations. Our health visitors will also see each child to assess their development at different stages. A development assessment will also be offered at 7 - 9 months, 2 years and 3 years.
