We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that we do not always spot mistakes, or issues and this is where suggestions from our patients are always helpful to us to improve in these areas.
We also know that our staff do go above and beyond to help you, our patients, and it is always nice for them to receive this feedback so they know that they are helping you in every way that they can.
To make a comment or suggestion you can now use our google review page. Please us the QR code below to access.
We also know that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the Patient Services Manager (via atrium.reception@nhs.net) who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception, or by downloading our complaints leaflet.
You may also download a Comments, Complaints, Concerns & Compliments Form here.
